Demo data: The explorer is showing curated sample OmniChain activity because the indexer is unavailable. Provide a healthy INDEXER_BASE_URL (NEXT_PUBLIC_INDEXER_BASE_URL for the client) and disable EXPLORER_USE_DEMO_DATA once the APIs are ready to restore live blockchain data.
